Matthew Porter grew up in the South of England and graduated from edinburgh College of Art in 1997. Soon after, he hopped on a plane to America where he's lived and worked, dabbling in such varied subject matter as Mexican wrestlers, giant robot cat, and Monkeys in tuxedos. He is co-owner of Bluebottle Art Gallery, (bluebottleart.com) located in Seattle, Washington. Recently, he participated in the custom toy show "100 Circus Punks Rule NYC" at the Toy Tokyo Showroom. Porter's Alphabet series was published as a children's book by Simply Read Books this past May and more of his work can be seen at powkid.com.
