Stolen
By Kristopher Monroe
The concept of this show came to husband and wife team John and Robin Gumaelis while remodeling their new home. Household items left on the front lawn began disappearing and they began wondering what would make a person do this to them. The metaphor of cage and ladder is used to symbolize the two sides of the equation. This should be a great match for Bluebottle's intimate loft gallery.

Art WALKABOUTS — What better way to start off the weekend than soaking up some art and funky vibes along with your drink of choice? Every third Saturday of the month galleries on Capitol Hill open their doors for their very own artwalk, called NOMAD. Participating venues include Bluebottle Art Gallery, SOIL, Crawl Space Gallery, Edie’s Shoes, Joe Bar, 1506 Projects, The Green Cat CafÈ, and the Capitol Hill Arts Center’s Lower Level Gallery. It’s as cool as anything this city’s got going.
